G-09233-22:  34-S (aggravated battery by shooting) 3327 Tulane Ave. 7/10/22 2:08 am; driver was located at Shell gas station in vehicle.  According to the initial report the perpetrator approached and told to get out of vehicle, subject refused and was shot.  There is conflict and inconsistencies with that initial statement, DIU was later notified after questioning the victim gave the perpetrator a ride from another location, an argument ensued inside the vehicle,  which escalated into the perpetrator shooting the victim.  The subject then fled, there is a BOLO for this unidentified subject retrieved from store surveillance.  The case is open.

G-010148-22:  42 (sexual assault) 3000 Banks St. 7/11/22 6:18 am; this involved an attempted robbery where the perpetrator was unable to get any property or money from the first victim (a female) and the second victim (her boyfriend), but forced the female to perform oral sex on her boyfriend and then on him.  Lookout for any BOLO information on this.

G-14917-22:  64-G (armed robbery/gun) 300 Block of N. Salcedo St. 7/15/22 8:47 pm; Two Hispanic males robbed by unidentified B/M at gunpoint, the two were engaged in conversation when they were approached and property was demanded.  Two phones, debit card, wallet, a passport and approximately $500 was taken.  The subject then fled on foot.  The case is open 

Our property crimes included a cluster by Pressure and Vandal area early Monday morning.
