Persons Crimes

We were hit on both sides of the Mid-City by vehicle burglaries, with the clubs being the targets including Haifa, Vandal, Pressure and Shamrock.  There was one violent crime reported incorrectly as 640 N. St. Patrick, an aggravated assault which was reported at that address but occurred at the intersection of Filmore and Pratt.  The bulk of the vehicle burglaries occurred on early morning hours of Monday, reported between midnight to 4:00 am.  The vehicle burglary occurred at the Shell gas station, it involved a subject committing a vehicle burglary initially while the victim was near her vehicle, leaving then returning and stealing the vehicle after the victim ran inside the Shell and left her keys inside the vehicle.
