Item # F-27393-23 6/28/23 9:03 pm (car-jacking)@4200 Block of Tulane Avenue;  The victim (H/M) was contacted by another male, later found to be a H/M, about purchasing his Toyota Tundra which was for sale and his phone number was advertised in the vehicle’s window.  The two met and the potential buyer convinced the owner to let him drive the vehicle, the owner rode front passenger.  When the two reached the 4200  Block of Tulane Avenue a silver SUV pulled in front of the Tundra with a male subject brandishing a weapon, the potential buyer unlocked the vehicle for the owner to exit and the two vehicles fled together in an uptown direction. 

There was another incident reported as a sex offense, that was a sexting issue with a juvenile sending nude pictures via her phone.
