Item # C-29108-24 (aggravated battery by cutting) 3//31/24 1:19 am @3433 Tulane Avenue;  The victim and the perpetrator were in the bathroom when for some unknown reason the perpetrator retrieved an unidentified sharp object and cut the victim on the head and one of his hands.  The perpetrator did flee the scene, but was apprehended by officers in the process of fleeing the area.

     There were a total of five burglaries: four residence and one business.

     There was an e-mail from Sergeant J. Hickman (3rd District Property) that preceded this e-mail please see that attached information, including an attached photo of the perpetrator.  The rash of burglaries is something new, be on the lookout for any suspicious persons in the area.

     There were no shots fired calls in the Mid-City area during this period.
