Persons Crimes

Item # E-04239-22 aggravated assault Conti and City Park (5/4/22 3:42 pm), gist traffic dispute where the victim (may have) cut into traffic.  Perpetrator appeared to follow and verbal exchange occurred and weapon (shotgun) was displayed.  Victim recorded the incident via phone and in video a gun shot was heard.  The perpetrator vehicle did have glass damage before fleeing, report did not state victim observed the gun pointed in his direction.
