Persons Crimes

There was one person crime (sex crime) reported on S. Norman Francis involving a juvenile victim and family member/associate.  Thefts were the dominant crime of the week, including a pallet of dog food from a yard, a purse from inside a home, a bicyclist taking a breaking sitting his backpack next to his bike and someone passing stealing the back pack and two bike thefts at 602 Hagan Street.
