3/13/24 1:00 am 500 Block of S. Norman Francis Parkway (theft); The victim meet two women on Bourbon Street and proceeded to engage them, agreeing to ride with the women to their residence. After realizing one woman tried to access information from his phone the victim exited the vehicle at the location (on Norman Francis) and noticed his debit and credit cards were swiped from his wallet linked to his belt.
