Item # F-02635-24 6/3/24 8:10 pm 3300 Block of Tulane Avenue;  The victim was walking in the block when he was approached by a B/M who stated the victim stole from him.  The perpetrator grabbed a tree branch and struck the victim with it.  The perpetrator then took the victim’s debit card from his pocket.  Officers arrived on scene quickly and were assisted by an uninvolved male subject who directed officers to the possible perpetrator.  The perpetrator, Harold Williams, (9/13/70) was arrested in the 3400 Block of Tulane Avenue.  

Item # F-00000-24 6/7/24 6:40 pm 400 Block of S. Cortez;  The incident involved household members.  A previous incident at the same address involved a report but no arrest, this incident ended with an arrest.
