Item # C-28950-25 3/30/25 12:00 am (armed robbery) @400 Block of N. Norman Francis;  The victim was walking in the block when she was approached by a subject in a scream mask, armed with a gun.  The perpetrator took the victim’s purse, but found nothing inside.  The property was given back to the victim, and the perpetrator fled the scene.  The victim, a Hispanic female, described the perpetrator as possibly a Hispanic male, approximately 5’5”, about 140 lbs. 

Item # D-00130-25 4/1/25 4:20 am (shooting )@3800 Block of Iberville Street;  The victim heard window shattering stepped outside and observed subject’s burglarizing vehicles, the victim yelled at the perpetrator and in response the perpetrator fired at the victim, striking him in the arm.
