Item # G-24270-25 7/24/25 5:00 pm 400 Block of N. Carrollton Avenue (aggravated assault);  The victims were attempting to drive into the parking lot of a business, when they were being blocked by another vehicle.  The victims were eventually able to pass that vehicle and park, but the other driver approached the victims in his vehicle.  At that time, the perpetrator threatened and pointed a handgun at the victims.  The perpetrator is described as a black male driving a silver SUV.
