tem # H-19075-25 8/18/25 6:50 pm 3900 Block of Toulouse Street; The driver was preparing to drop packages in the 3900 Block of Toulouse Street at approximately 6:50 pm when a white male subject approached the driver side of the vehicle. The subject proceeded to attempt to pull the driver (female) from the driver seat, but she fought, and he gave up fleeing on foot. She then contacted police, fortunately Mid-City officers responded quickly and after canvassing the area the perpetrator was apprehended by Mid-City and 1st District Officers. Steven Ibarra 4/27/82 W/M was arrested and charged with the crime.
Item # H-24572-25 8/23/25 7:46 pm; The victim and her boyfriend were engaged in a personal disagreement, that escalated to a heated argument, that escalated to the boyfriend shooting the victim in her side. Fortunately, the shot is non-life threatening. Kourtney Picquet B/M 2/2/93 is wanted for the crime.
