Item # L-13514-25 (aggravated battery) 4000 Block of Tulane Avenue 12/15/25 12:00 am;  After being involved in an argument at the nearby club the victim threw a drink in the face of the perpetrator, who in response pistol whipped the victim.  The perpetrator then fled the area, identified as Thaddeus Nathan B/M.

     It should be noted there were several arrests made in the late night of 12/19/25 and early morning hours of 12/20/25 related to the vehicle burglaries that occurred in Mid-City.  The perpetrators were also connected to vehicle burglaries in the City Park Neighborhood.
