H-16716-26 2700 Block of Bienville Street 8/15/25 9:45 pm (late report);  The victim had just exited his parked vehicle when he was approached by a black male attired in a black sweatshirt, dark colored jeans, beard, approximately 5’11”.  The subject brandished a handgun and took several hundred dollars from the victim.

H-16425-26 4100 Block of S. Carrollton Avenue 8/16/26 12:49 am;  The victim had exited his vehicle, vehicle didn’t lock with his key fob, so he walked back to it to lock when he was approached by a black male dressed in a black sweatshirt, dark colored jeans, and a beard, approximately 5’11”.  The perpetrator exited a white 4 door sedan prior to the robbery. 

     The above crimes appear to have been committed by the same perpetrator, who currently is targeting Hispanic males.

8/22/26 unknown time 4600 Block of S. Carrollton Avenue business burglary (this is law office/likely related to the burglaries on Canal Street)
