Item # D-24007-25 4/25/25 10:30 am 500 Block of S. Gayoso Street (aggravated assault):  the victim and perpetrator were engaged in a disturbance in the Chick-fil-a drive thru, which escalated after both left the drive thru.  For some unknown reason the perpetrator followed the victim and continued the argument, the victim stopped to fight the perpetrator who allegedly went to her trunk pulled a handgun and fired a shot at the victim.  The perpetrator is described as a B/F, 5’6”, approximately 30 years old and the vehicle a black sedan.  The perpetrator fled after the crime.
