Item # L-21407-24 12/22/24 5:25 am (aggravated battery by shooting)@4061 Tulane Avenue;  There were three involved parties in this incident all male.  One subject proceeded to pistol whip the victim, another subject who was accompanying the victim retrieved a firearm from his person and shot the initial aggressor.  All parties were identified and arrests were conducted.

Item # L-25479-24 12/26/24 12:26 pm (aggravated criminal damage)@Banks and S. Gayoso Streets;  The victims were riding in their vehicle on Banks Street, when they heard shots.  They quickly fled the scene.  When they arrived home they found one bullet hole in their vehicle.

Item # L-24676-24 12/26/24 2:00 am (aggravated assault)@ 500 Block of S. Salcedo Street;  The victim observed a vehicle parked in the area she was talking with a friend.  As the vehicle drove off, the victim decided to flash a light at the vehicle as it was leaving.  The driver for some  reason decided to spin the block and fired several shots at the victim.
