Item # L-06976-23 12/8/23 10:00 am (armed robbery)@4327 Bienville Street; The victim (B/F) arrived at the business (Monday) restaurant parking in the rear lot where she observed a gray Nissan Titan (no plate). As the victim gathered items to exit her vehicle a B/M approached her driver side window with a rifle, demanding property. The perpetrator received cash, 2 iPhones, a purse, and a wallet. There were at least two perpetrators, however the victim was unable to give any additional information on descriptions. The victim had no view of the second perpetrator and gave no description of him. The two perpetrators then fled the scene.
Item # L-07311-23 12/8/23 5:00 pm (aggravated assault)@600 Block of S. Pierce Street; The victims (B/M and B/F) were at the location when a subject identified as Tyrone Lowe B/M engaged in an argument with the victims, accusing one of the victims of being a “rat.” Subject Lowe proceeded to pull a gun from his waistband and threaten to kill both subjects. The male victim didn’t engage the perpetrator and prevented the female from engaging, instead contacting police. The perpetrator was not on scene when police arrived and a warrant was placed for Lowe’s arrest. Subject Lowe was arrested for the charge of aggravated assault today.

Dollar General was burglarized again approximately 12:30 am 12/6/23. The perpetrator entered through the rear receiving door after breaking the locking mechanisms.
There was one shots fired call received in the 4000 Block of D’Hemecourt Street on 12/8/23 12:00 am marked GOA.
