Item # A-07255-23 (1/7/23) 11:09 pm 3300 Block of Banks Street murder; Police received a call of shots fired in the 400 Block of N. Norman Francis Parkway. Upon arrival, two officers were notified folks were gathered in the 3300 Block of Banks Street and they were needed at that location. When officers arrived there, they found three deceased individuals two H/M’s and one B/M who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds. The B/M subject had one weapon that he appeared to have fired, with an additional weapon in his waistband. One weapon was found stolen in a reported car-jacking. This scene was expansive and appeared to be a rolling shooting — involving several blocks and almost 80 casings, including rifle. There were two SUV’s involved, where gunfire appeared to be coming from, including a newer model white Nissan Pathfinder and possible Honda/Kia SUV. This appears to be targeted, but it’s unclear if all three were targeted. At this point I have no additional details to give.
