Looks like a kid(s) teaching themselves how to be 67-A perpetrators.  They are out late night/early morning hours in the 3rd portion of Mid-City.  The pattern is not limited to a specific area, they are looking specifically for Kia and Hyundai vehicles.  All overnight and early morning hour officers keep this in mind while patrolling.  They may move on and not limit themselves to this area, BOLO for all Mid-City.  Map is attached.
