Item # F-02698-25 6/3/25 4:00 am (simple robbery) 3500 Tulane Avenue;  The victim owed the perpetrator for a previous narcotics purchase.  When the two came into contact with each other the victim paid the perpetrator, however the perpetrator was angry about the time it took to receive payment and snatched the victim’s phone, telling him to leave the area quickly before he harmed the victim.  Tyrone Carey B/M 8/22/77 arrested

Item # R-00034-25 *late report* 5/10/25 9:15 am (pickpocket) N. Broad and Canal Street;  The victim was riding the RTA system, during that ride someone opened her purse and stole her wallet.  The victim didn’t realize it until she received alerts on purchases made with her cards.

There was a crime that occurred at The Bean Gallery on 6/4/25 11:40 pm, involving a female that was the victim of a battery.  While two females were seated together in the front of the business they were attacked, one suffering heavy bruising to her face.  The perpetrator’s name is not known; however, he is described as black male, natural hairstyle, medium length hair, approximately 5’6” wearing a black shirt, black pants and a black backpack.  The attack followed a request for money to purchase water and was immediately after the request according to the victim without giving a chance to respond.  As soon as any usable footage is obtained it will be released for the arrest of the perpetrator.
