Auto thefts:

3/3/24 6:30 am 3200 Block of Toulouse Street (reported as an auto theft, however after follow-up investigation and camera footage analysis the vehicle was reported stolen to cover up a hit and run.)  The vehicle was in the possession of the owner’s boyfriend at the time of the hit and run and abandoned on scene.
