Item # C-12327-26 3/13/26 5:48 am 3433 Tulane Avenue *armed robbery* The victim proceeded to hang with several individuals in the 3400 Block of Tulane Avenue when he was approached by a B/M subject about buying marijuana.  The victim initially refused, left the location with others, but came back to the location later.  He then was approached again about buying marijuana, at that time he decided to conduct a purchase.  According to the victim there was an agreement to exchange Reese’s candy in exchange for $5 worth of marijuana.  Instead of taking the candy, the perpetrator proceeded to take the victim’s e-bike, while armed with a handgun  The case is classified as an armed robbery, but could be re-categorized pending further investigation.

Item # C-13104-26 3/13/26 9:00 pm 100 Block of N. Rendon Street *aggravated assault* The victim and his partner were engaged in an argument that escalated to one subject retrieving and swinging a knife at the other subject.  Carlos Branson B/M 11/18/97 wanted for the incident.
