Item # E-14589-23 5/14/23 11:42 pm car-jacking@4200 Block Tulane;  The victim was going to the Shamrock, the parking lot was full so he parked in the 4200 Block of Tulane.  The victim as sitting in the car for a brief time with his door open, when two B/M’s approached with firearms and took his vehicle.

Item # E-14512-23 5/14/23 9:50 pm armed robbery @3200 Block Conti;  The victim was a friend of the vehicle owner, the victim walked to the vehicle to retrieve an item from it when two B/M’s approached on foot, armed and took the vehicle keys.  Both perpetrators then fled in the vehicle.
