Item # E-27571-24 5/29/24 12:45 am @I-10 W and Metairie Road (aggravated assault);  The incident involved a road rage incident with the perpetrator pointing a handgun at the victim while both were traveling in their vehicles.  Mid-City does not patrol the interstate, however that section of the interstate is part of the 3rd District Zone D.

Item # E-00000-24 5/29/24 1:50 pm @2700 Block of Bienville Street (sexual assault);  The victim stated a family friend was allowed to stay with her and her boyfriend, she took medication which caused drowsiness and woke to her boyfriend arguing with the other male subject.  The argument was allegedly over the boyfriend finding the other male having sex with the victim.  Incident occurred 5/26/24.

Item # E-27535-24 5/29/24 9:18 am @3900 Block of Tulane Avenue (attempt rape);  The victim stated she met up with a male relative (cousin), the two hung out during the day and proceeded to her hotel room afterwards.  While in the hotel room the male aggressively advanced on her sexually and a physical fight ensued, hotel management heard the incident and had the male subject leave the property.  The victim reported the incident later that day. 

Item # E-27312-23 5/29/24 8:10 am @2700 Block of Tulane Avenue (aggravated battery);  Have no information on this, the incident did occur at Criminal District Court and the Sheriff’s Department handled the incident.
