Vehicle burglaries were our dominant crime during the past week.

     There have been weeks where the Taft/Olga/Bayou St. John area has been targeted for vehicle thefts and burglaries, make checks over that area and put on your trip sheet.  This is particularly for evening and overnight hours.

  Be aware of the 100-200 Block of N. Carrollton Avenue.  There have been consistent complaints regarding this area — directed to both the 1st and 3rd Districts, City Council, and numerous City Departments.  If any calls come out at this location, make the scene and please text me the item and signal on the incident.

     There were no reported shots fired calls during this past week in Mid-City.  There were shots fired near Canal and I-10 W that was documented.
