Item # K-26550-24 11/26/24 1:50 pm (property snatching)@4000 Block of Canal Street; The victim and her boyfriend were on the RTA streetcar when the trolley stopped at Canal and N. Carrollton for rider pick-up/exit. At that time three B/M juveniles who were seated near the victim, one of them grabbed her phone and all three exited the trolley and fled on foot successfully. With cooperation of the victim and tracking of the phone all three juveniles were arrested the next day in the 2000 Block of Lafitte Street.
