In reference to the stolen vehicles that have been occurring, when observing suspicious activities and vehicles being towed get out and speak with the person towing the vehicle.  Let them know we have a rash of vehicle thefts and you want to check just as a courtesy to the citizens.  There is a chance some of these vehicles are being towed away.  There were two arrests made of subjects who were attempting to tow a vehicle away by Miranda and Jones in Mid-City last week.

There were 12 vehicle burglaries scattered throughout Mid-City during this week.
