Item # J-06781-23 (simple robbery) @600 Block of N. Lopez Street 10/8/23 12:05 am;  The victim was walking at the location when she was approached by a B/M subject who asked for a “light”.  The victim tried to back away from the subject, who grabbed and took her fanny pack from and fled the area on foot.

Item # J-07300-23 (aggravated assault) @3800 Block of Tulane Avenue 10/8/23 3:46 pm;  The victim, a delivery driver, had completed a delivery at Costco.  When he was located at Palmetto and S. Carrollton Avenue he had difficulty making a turn in his truck — which likely upset some other drivers.  He eventually made it to the 3800 Block of Tulane Avenue and his window shattered.  The victim realized someone shot at this vehicle.  He then observed a heavyset female in a dark blue Nissan Armada fire a shot at his vehicle.  It is believed this female fired the first shot.  The vehicle fled and the victim was unable to get a license plate number.

Item # J-13140-23 (armed robbery) @250 S. Broad street 10/14/23 6:20 pm;  Two H/F victims were walking to their vehicle when they were approached by two B/M’s in the rear parking lot, one subject who was armed took one of the victim’s purses.  The two subjects then fled on foot in the direction of N. Broad Street.
