General monthly statistics:
3172 calls for service, 114 citations, 229 warnings, 519 Residence and 1706 Business Checks.
14,750 calls for service, 597 citations, 1200 warnings, 2633 Residence and 7959 Business Checks.
New vehicle to be delivered on July 5th then needs to be outfitted.
Greg Beuerman and Chris Harting presented a new communications proposal.
May monthly financial statements were not available. There were no significant findings in the 2013 audit which will be presented at the July meeting.
Chairman Olsen updated status of Senate Bill 587. Bill is awaiting the Governor’s signature.
Chairman Olsen is awaiting a meeting with OPSE to discuss possible changes.
MCSD is currently accepting bids on insurance renewals.
MCSD has acquired a PO Box for mailings.
Discussion about cell phone number for camera program was tabled until next meeting.
Operation Clean Sweep — Commissioner Winer contacted Fred Radtke about contract through December 2014.
MOTION: To enter into contract with Operation Clean Sweep through December 2014.

No opposition/ unanimous approvall motion carries.
Reviewed Eye Want Media contract for renewal.
Jeanne Ward has preliminary report regarding Assessor’s information.
Stationary license plate readers — Commissioner Waltz would like more information from Jefferson Parish regarding their current setup. He will also review what the provider is proposing.
Survey monkey results are in and have been emailed over to the Commissioners. The survey may be put up for another 30 days.
Camera Program — Commissioners Olsen and Waltz have met or spoke with representatives from Cox, the City of New Orleans, Councilmembers Cantrell and Guidry’s Office, OIG, New Orleans Police and Justice Foundation, French Quarter Management District, ProjectNOLA, Active Solutions, NOPD, and Axis Communications. The RFP package is being developed.
