A homicide occurred at approximately 10:00 a.m. this morning.   The victim was homeless and had recently been evicted from the location where the homicide occurred. The homicide occurred outside of the residence. The victim had been involved in ongoing arguments with the tenants at the location from where he was recently evicted.  The victim also reportedly exhibited signs of having mental health issues before the homicide occurred.   We’ll keep you posted as we get more information.
