Sgt. Alfred Russell, Commander of MCSD, will be available to meet one on one with individuals living within the boundaries of MCSD, the third Thursday of the month (unless otherwise noted) between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. Because space is limited at the 1st District Substation (3000 Tulane Ave.) you must first register. An additional day during the month will be added, if needed.
