In the capacity of Mid-City Security District Supervisor my goals are:
- maximize visibility of officers working the overtime
- identify any issues detrimental to the unit and its goals
- identify the concerns of the residents of the District and keep officers updated on those concerns
- come up with a plan of action to address those concerns
- keep an operating fleet of vehicles
- keep the residents of Mid-City and the Mid-City Security District Board updated on issues concerning crime Mid-City and use of the budget
